If you have a child that has been recently diagnosed with food allergies or you have recently found out that you suffer from some type of food intolerance you may be confused as to how to treat your food allergy and the best way to make sure that you stay safe while eating regular meals. While the obvious solution is to simply avoid the food substance that you are allergic too, this simple rule is not always that easy to follow, especially if you suffer from an allergy that affects multiple food items such as gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance.
